Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop transformation vision for Global Banking clients, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management.
• Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage and transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
• Identify automation opportunities suitable for Gen AI / Agentic AI / RPA by conducting process walkthroughs, performing feasibility assessment, collaborating with client stakeholders on the business and technology side to finalize the transformation pipeline and steer the projects forward.
• Work with business scenarios with an ability to think logically and understand intricate processes such that business rules cover all process scenarios, thereby improving Straight Through Processing.
• This role will support solutions across Banking domains; like Credit Services, Core Banking, Payment Operations, and Compliance (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering).
• Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected.
• Work with SMEs and build solutions across these domains.
• Identify and assess complex problems for the given area of responsibility.
• Create solutions in situations where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments (some latitude in decision‑making).
• Manage large- to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• May require working in rotational shifts and completing work from office.
