Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a strong domain and pre-sales background to design innovative, value-led transformation solutions for diverse clients. You will lead solutioning for large transformations, craft compelling proposals, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to win pursuits.

The role requires expertise in AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, analytics, and enterprise platforms, with a focus on end-to-end operating models and value

Qualifications

• Transformation Architect with a strong pre-sales background and ability to design value-led transformation solutions.
• Experience leading large transformation deals, RFP/RFI responses, and client pursuits.
• Expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, analytics and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning activities during sales pursuits, RFPs, RFIs, and client workshops.
• Develop transformation narratives, value propositions, and executive presentations.
• Design end-to-end operating models, processes, technology and organization solutions.
• Prepare client proposals, response documents, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, industry, technology and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
• Analyze current-state operations and define future-state transformation strategies.

• Expertise in either of the industries or domain: Supply Chain, Procurement, Talent & HR, Customer Operations, Banking, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, or Insurance
