Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd seeks a skilled Business Analyst in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end delivery within the payments domain. You will translate requirements into EPICS and user stories, lead requirement workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery across mobile and browser platforms.

Ideal candidates possess strong Agile experience, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of risk and issues analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA in the payments domain is preferred.
• Proficiency in writing EPICS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience conducting requirement workshops and backlog grooming.
• Strong communication and risk/issue analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Write EPICS and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Run elaborate requirement workshops and facilitate stakeholders.
• Lead backlog grooming and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
• Understand end-to-end delivery lifecycle and BA role at each stage.

• Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)
• Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser)-Strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
• Sub-domain: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies)
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
• Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
• Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
