Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Payments Business Analyst with deep domain experience in Banking and Payments to join our IT organization. You will work on end-to-end payment workflows, SWIFT processing, and cross-border settlements, translating business needs into functional specifications.

You will contribute to solution design, data mapping, and interfaces for payment systems, while collaborating in an Agile environment and supporting deployment and testing in DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Payments Business Analyst in IT organizations.
• Experience implementing leading payments solutions like Finastra GPP or FIS OPF.
• Strong understanding of global payments processing and end-to-end payment workflows.
• Experience with SWIFT processing and cross-border payments.
• Knowledge of domestic clearing like NEFT/RTGS/CHIPS, RTGS.
• Exposure to PSD2/Open Banking/PSP/DLT is a plus.
• Certified Agile Product Owner.
• Ability to map requirements to functional components and create BRD/FRD.
• Experience in agile delivery and BPMN/UML modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gap analysis, impact analysis, and traceability matrices.
• Define solution design, interface design, and data mapping.
• Support product configuration and provide clarifications to development teams.

JD: Must have skills: Banking and Payment domain experience working as Payments Business Analyst in an IT Organisation. Must have experiences in implementation of leading Payments solutions like Finastra GPP or FIS OPF.

• Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows
• SWIFT MT ISO 20022 Message Processing
• Clearing Settlement Systems process
• Hands on experience in SWIFT Cross boarder processing (MT MX)
• Domestic clearing like NEFT, ECS, ACH, CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / Target2, RTGS,
• RTP schemes like NPP / FAST / IMPS / InstaPay etc.
• SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management, Instant Payments)
• Payments Interface data mapping and solution design
• Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking, PSD2, Open Banking, Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc
• Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution
• Strong hands on experience in FIS Clear2Pay-OPF or Finastra-GPP
• Certified Agile Product Owner
• Strong analytical skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional components

• Schedule / Participate in workshops to review solution approach design and secure stakeholder signoffs.
• Provide clarifications, training and support to the development teams during the construction phase
• Prepare Test scenarios and test cases and support test execution in an automated DevOps environment.
