Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Payments Business Analyst with banking and payments domain expertise to drive end-to-end IT solution delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of global payments processing, SWIFT, and multi-network interfaces, with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and an Agile product ownership mindset. You will translate business needs into clear user stories, manage BRDs and functional specs, run workshops, and coordinate with development teams through testing

• Prepare Gap Analysis, BRD, Functional specs, and solution designs.
• Schedule workshops and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
• Provide training and support to development teams during construction.

• Provide pre- and post-production deployment support.

JD: Must have skills: Banking and Payment domain experience working as Payments Business Analyst in an IT Organisation. Must have experiences in implementation of leading Payments solutions like Finastra GPP or FIS OPF.

• Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows
• SWIFT MT ISO 20022 Message Processing
• Clearing Settlement Systems process
• Hands on experience in SWIFT Cross boarder processing (MT MX)
• Domestic clearing like NEFT, ECS, ACH, CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / Target2, RTGS,
• RTP schemes like NPP / FAST / IMPS / InstaPay etc.
• SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management, Instant Payments)
• Payments Interface data mapping and solution design
• Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking, PSD2, Open Banking, Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc
• Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution
• Strong hands on experience in FIS Clear2Pay-OPF or Finastra-GPP
• Certified Agile Product Owner
• Strong analytical skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional components
• Understand Global Payments Business and Trends
• Proven experience in functional analysis and design
• Functional and Data modeling
• File transfers across Multiple Banking Systems and Payment Networks

• Provide clear and unambiguous specifications to enable development team to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements.
• Schedule / Participate in workshops to review solution approach design and secure stakeholder signoffs.
• Provide clarifications, training and support to the development teams during the construction phase
• Prepare Test scenarios and test cases and support test execution in an automated DevOps environment.
