Job summary

Qualifications

• Domain: Open Banking-Payments and Banking regulatory exposure across multiple geographies.
• Agile experience (2+ years) beyond basic sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HSBC experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Immediate Joiner or Candidate max with 30 days NP
• Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)
• Domain: Open Banking-Payments
• Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies)
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
• Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
• Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
