Tech Mahindra is seeking a BA Payments professional for Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad locations. The candidate should have around 10 years of experience in payments, with strong communication and Agile exposure. Preference for HSBC experience, and ability to write EPICs and user stories, with a focus on end-to-end delivery and risk analysis.

Immediate joiner preferred; notice within 30 days. Strong workshop facilitation and backlog grooming skills are expected.

Immediate Joiner or Candidate max with 30 days NP

• Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)
• Domain: Payments-Domestic, Cross Border, Wallets, Cards Payments, Regulatory Projects within Payments domain
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
• Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
• Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
