Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a Training Manager to lead induction and ongoing training for Sales Managers, focusing on recruitment and selling skills to enhance productivity.

The role involves bank-based channel coordination, delivering structured training, and monitoring progress to ensure effective coverage and skill development across the Bancassurance circle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Any graduation is must.
• Good presentation and training delivery skills.
• Basic understanding of Insurance/financial Industry.
• 1 - 3 years insurance training experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Impart training to Sales Managers through induction and ongoing interventions.
• Take care of one circle of Bancassurance channel.
• Product training and field support for new employees.
• Monitor progress of Sales Managers on a continuous basis.
• Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardize learning and identifying the Training Need-Focus constantly on Self development and invest in skill enhancement so as to adopt to the training requirement of Channel Partner and sales team.
• Create measurable impact on productivity.

Training Manager - TPD

To impart training to Sales Manager in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops which would impact the their productivity.

• Incumbent need to take care of one circle of Bancassurance channel
• Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays’ to ensure better Training Coverage
• Product training and field support for new employees
• Monitor progress of SM's on a continuous basis.
• Training exposure in financial domain is preferred
• Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardize learning and identifying the Training Need-Focus constantly on Self development and invest in skill enhancement so as to adopt to the training requirement of Channel Partner and sales team
• Create Measurable impact on productivity
