Job summary

Hyatt Regency Chennai is seeking a Training Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

The role requires leadership to meet the expectations of employees, guests and owners, with focus on training, development and compliance across the hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
