Job summary

Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the outlet in line with Hyatt International standards. You will drive guest satisfaction and manage operations to deliver profit for the outlet.

The role requires leadership, strong hospitality knowledge, and the ability to maintain high service standards while operating within budget and delivering financial success for the outlet.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
