Job summary

Grand Hyatt Mumbai is seeking a Training Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division, in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will meet employee, guest and owner expectations while developing and overseeing training programs, coordinating with departments, and upholding high standards of presentation, administration and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
