Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a Training & Development Manager (Learning Content Manager) to lead the creation of impactful training materials aligned with business goals. You will act as a SME for learning content, perform needs assessments, and drive the instructional design process using modern e-learning platforms.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a track record of end-to-end learning program delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing training material.
• Knowledge of industry-standard e-learning tools and platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Proven track record delivering learning material projects from conception to completion.
• Strong instructional design principles and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and training material to support business strategy.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on learning content options for engaging material.
• Conduct needs assessments to choose effective instructional strategies and tech.
• Execute learning strategy with aligned training materials for projects.
• Create templates for different learning methodologies to ensure consistency.
• Evaluate online learning programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs and key customers to craft high-quality learning experiences.

Education

Master’s degree with 8–10 years experience

Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years experience

Training & Development Manager (Learning Content Manager)

• Develop and implement learning / training material to support the business strategy and overall goals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on learning content options to provide the most engaging and fit for purpose training material.
• Conduct needs assessments and analysis to determine the most effective instructional strategies and technologies for each project
• Execution of learning strategy, ensuring appropriate training materials are developed and align with overall project and business goals.
• Develop and implement an appropriate template for the different learning methodologies to ensure consistency and ease of use for end users.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of online learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with technical subject matter experts and other key customers to create high-quality learning experiences, ensuring appropriate learning objectives and effectiveness.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and 8 to 10years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 10- to 12 years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelors in education, science, or related subject area, or its equivalent is highly desired.
• Experience of designing, developing, and implementing training material.
• Knowledge of industry-standard e-learning tools and platforms, such as Articulate, Captivate, and others equivalent tools.
• Proven track record of successfully handling learning material projects and implementing learning strategy from conception to completion
• Strong understanding & Hands on of instructional design principles and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
