NovelVista Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking an experienced delivery and trainer-sourcing leader to manage end-to-end training programs across domains in an EdTech environment.

You will build and maintain a strong pool of SMEs and trainers, oversee logistics, vendor contracts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high learner satisfaction. This role requires 5+ years in trainer sourcing and delivery management, a Bachelor's in Education/HR/Business (Master's preferred), and

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, including materials, logistics, and trainer travel/stay bookings.
• Trainer Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard SMEs and trainers across domains; build a strong trainer pool and negotiate fees, contracts, and engagement terms.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between trainers, internal teams, clients, and participants; manage vendor and supplier relationships.
• Project Management: Lead delivery from scoping to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Data & Reporting: Track trainer performance, learner feedback, participant results, and course outcomes to drive improvements.
• Customer Support: Ensure smooth client and participant onboarding and post-delivery support.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement and delivery policies; manage trainer contracts, payment schedules, and compliance.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify cost savings without compromising quality.
