The role involves assisting customers with training administration issues via email, scheduling options, case documentation, and generating reports in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–6 months of experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Training Administration issues via email.
• Provide resolutions and scheduling options for training.
• Gather additional information about reported issues.
• Perform detailed case analysis and document in the system and generate ticket.
• Generate daily/weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel.
• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management System.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue via E-mail
• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
• Gather additional information about reported issue
• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required
