Job summary

NIIT in India is seeking a Training Coordinator I – Managed Services to oversee end-to-end training administration for global clients. The role focuses on coordinating programs across regions, managing LMS operations, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

You will assist customers via email, schedule trainings, gather issue details, analyze cases, generate tickets, and prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0 to 6 months of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Experience with Training Administration and LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Training Administration issues via email.
• Provide resolutions and training scheduling options.
• Gather additional information about reported issues.
• Perform detailed case analysis and document in the system.
• Generate daily/weekly reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform Training Management activities on the LMS.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Job Overview

The Training Coordinator I – Managed Services oversees end-to-end training administration for global clients, ensuring seamless program delivery across regions through advanced coordination, stakeholder management, LMS operations, and a strong focus on quality, SLAs, and client satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue via E-mail
• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
• Gather additional information about reported issue
• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required
