Job summary

Bodycraft in Bengaluru is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and drive end-to-end Learning and Development initiatives. The role covers needs analysis, competency mapping, and calendar management for training programs.

The candidate should have hands-on MS-Excel experience and at least 1 year of experience in training coordination, with exposure to LMS automation and training dashboards. The position is on-site in Bengaluru with growth in L&D scope.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, creating and driving end to end Learning and Development interventions.
• Determining training needs, conducting need analysis, competency mapping, etc.
• Driving the training calendars for implementation.
• Generating Learning Compliance, facilitations, Master Assessment Programs.
• Participating in Change management, Career remodeling and Organization development framework, Performance management and enhancement.
• Identifying training gaps and conducting programs to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by developing and implementing pre- and post-assessments.
