Job summary

Snapdeal is seeking a creative content professional to support the development of our in-house LMS and training modules. You will craft engaging training videos, e-learning modules, and explainer videos, transforming PPTs and SOPs into compelling learning content.

You will storyboard, script, produce visuals, and prepare voiceover-ready content, using AI tools for video generation and content creation. A keen eye for quality and learner engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating engaging training content and videos.
• Experience with converting PPTs/SOPs into e-learning modules.
• Strong storytelling and video scripting abilities.

Role Overview

Support the development of our in-house LMS and LOB-wise training modules by creating engaging, professional training content and videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create training videos, e-learning modules, and explainer videos.
• Convert PPTs, SOPs, process flows, and screen recordings into engaging learning content.
• Create storyboards, scripts, visual content, and voiceover-ready content.
• Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, visuals, and content creation.
• Record and edit system/process demonstrations.
• Support LMS module creation, uploading, and content quality checks.
• Help improve video quality, learner engagement, and content turnaround time.

Required Skills

• Video Editing Clipchamp / Canva / CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar.
• PowerPoint & Presentation Design.
• Knowledge in AI Video & Generative AI Tools.
• Good English communication and script-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong visual & storytelling skills.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Prior experience in e-learning, training content, video creation, instructional design, or digital content creation.
• Portfolio/sample videos will be an added advantage.
