Job summary

Aurolab in Tamil Nadu is seeking a creative Learning Content Developer to produce engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visuals. You will craft storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments to support training programs.

You will develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate, publish through the LMS and collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D team to ensure brand and quality standards. Freshers with relevant design education are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.

• Storyboarding & instructional content sequencing
• Basic instructional design and adult learning principles
• LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPI
• AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalent
• Good communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.
