Job summary

Stemz Healthcare in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, is seeking a creative L&D Video Content Creator for a 6-month on-site contract to transform training materials into engaging animated videos. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in video content creation, animation, e-learning development, or multimedia production.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI-based video creation platform.
• Strong understanding of storyboarding, animation principles, and learner-centric content design.
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar applications.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into concise and engaging visual content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented L&D Video Content Creator to develop engaging animated learning content for our Learning Management System. The role involves transforming training materials, SOPs, presentations, and scripts into visually appealing animated videos using AI-powered video creation tools and basic video editing techniques. This is a hands-on production role requiring consistent delivery of high-quality learning videos to support organizational training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert training content, SOPs, and presentations into engaging animated learning videos.


• Develop storyboards and video scripts suitable for animation-based learning.


• Use AI-powered video creation platforms such as Animaker, Synthesia, Vyond, Pictory, InVideo, or similar tools to create video content.


• Create and edit videos manually when required, including character selection, scene creation, transitions, and visual enhancements.


• Add voiceovers, captions, background music, and other multimedia elements to improve the content.


• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and instructional quality across all videos.


• Export videos in LMS-compatible formats and support deployment on Disprz.


• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.


• Maintain records of video projects, versions, and delivery timelines.

Deliverables & Performance Expectations

• Create approximately 5-15 short learning videos per month.


• Average video duration: 2-5 minutes.


• Deliver LMS-ready videos in MP4 format and other compatible formats as required.


• Achieve an average turnaround time of 2-4 working days per video after receiving finalized content.


• Collaborate closely with the L&D team for reviews, approvals, and content enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in video content creation, animation, e-learning development, or multimedia production.


• Hands-on experience with at least one AI-based video creation platform.


• Strong understanding of storyboarding, animation principles, and learner-centric content design.


• Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar applications.


• Ability to simplify complex concepts into concise and engaging visual content.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training environments.

• Experience creating corporate training, compliance, or process-learning videos.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Preferred backgrounds include Mass Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Design, Instructional Design, or related fields.


• Relevant certifications in video editing, animation, instructional design, or digital content creation will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Engagement

• Contract Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on business requirements).

Selection Process

• Share 2-3 samples of previously created animated or explainer videos.


• Complete a practical assessment involving the creation of a short animated learning video based on a provided script.
