This role sits at the core of execution, focusing on producing high-quality, globally scalable learning content across formats. You will translate creative briefs and program visions into finished, engaging, and deployment‑ready content tailored for diverse audiences across regions and cultures.
This is a hands‑on role suited for experienced professionals who combine strong editorial judgment, technical fluency, and production expertise, and who can operate independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and project managers, with direct responsibility for developing and maintaining eLearning content, curating learning journeys, and managing LMS‑based learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high‑quality learning and enablement content across formats including videos, interactive modules, scripts, and SCORM‑packaged assets.
Translate creative briefs and program visions into clear, engaging, and globally scalable content.
Own end‑to‑end content development from brief to delivery, ensuring outputs are polished and review‑ready.
Develop, configure, and manage learning paths, curriculums, and training modules within the LMS.
Package and deploy content in line with global LMS and digital standards.
Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure clarity, consistency, tone, and narrative flow.
Self‑review content rigorously and maintain a high‑quality bar across all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership teams across regions.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and contribute creative ideas where relevant.
Work independently in a fast‑paced, global, and matrixed environment.
Skillset & Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in corporate learning, content production, and learning program development.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Industrial Psychology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in instructional design, content curation, and LMS‑based learning delivery.
Proven ability to produce engaging, high‑volume digital learning content without compromising quality.
Strong understanding of video production workflows, scripting, and visual storytelling.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Murf AI, and DeepL translations.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies; not dependent on a single platform.
Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editing and proofreading ability.
Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
What Success Looks Like in This Role

Delivery of clean, structured, and globally usable content.
Strong alignment between content, audience, and business objectives.
Smooth execution of projects with minimal supervision.
