Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or DTP operations.
• Hands-on LMS/eLearning content experience required.
• Proficiency with listed design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsabilidades

• Create and edit high-quality learning content for LMS platforms.
• Edit educational videos, screen recordings, and multimedia content.
• Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets for eLearning modules.
• Format and prepare training manuals, workbooks, presentations, and course materials for digital publishing.
• Ensure content meets branding, quality, and instructional design standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts.
• Optimize videos, graphics, and documents for LMS compatibility.
• Perform quality checks to ensure error-free and learner-friendly content.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or DTP operations.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/eLearning content is mandatory.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual design, and multimedia editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience working on digital learning, training, or educational content.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
