Job summary

Starweaver Group in India is seeking highly motivated Video Editing Experts to contribute to e-learning course development by crafting multimedia animations, template-based motion graphics, and related visuals for on-site work.

You will enhance existing videos with animations, course card graphics, and internal assets, collaborating with the instructional design team and leveraging AI tools such as RunwayML and Adobe Firefly to accelerate creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a relevant diploma/degree program (Multimedia Design/Animation/Graphic Design).
• Portfolio showcasing multimedia animation and video editing work is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience; freshers may apply as interns.
• Willingness to work from the office (on-site) and to leverage AI tools across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional design to understand course objectives.
• Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools to create engaging animations and graphics.
• Enhance existing video content with transitions, effects, vector images, stock footage, and assets.
• Develop course card graphics, intros/outros, and related visuals for e-learning content.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and high quality across all media.

We are in search of highly motivated and creative individuals to join our team as Video Editing Experts.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of e-learning courses by crafting multimedia animations, template-based motion graphics, and related visuals. Your responsibilities will include enhancing existing video content for e-learning courses through the incorporation of animations, course card graphics, and other multimedia assets. Successful candidates will receive competitive compensation in a rapidly growing e-learning company based in the US. The content you produce will be featured on major global e-learning platforms and utilized internally by some of the world's most prominent brands and companies. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the instructional design team to comprehend the requirements and objectives of each e-learning course.
• Utilize proficiency and strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other related graphic design, illustration, and video editing tools to create engaging and informative animations and graphics.
• Enhance existing video content by integrating animations, transitions, visual effects, vector images, stock videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Develop course card graphics, animated intros/outros, and other related assets to elevate the visual appeal of e-learning courses.
• Ensure consistency of all animations, graphics, and multimedia elements with brand guidelines and uphold a high level of quality.
• Work closely with the instructional design team to review and implement feedback on the created multimedia elements.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools related to multimedia animation and video editing.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (such as RunwayML, Pika, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to enhance video production, generate assets, and accelerate creative workflows.

Requirements

• Candidates currently enrolled in a relevant diploma or degree program, such as Multimedia Design, Animation, or Graphic Design are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency and strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Vyond, and other related graphic design, illustration, and video editing tools.
• A portfolio showcasing previous multimedia animation and video editing work.
• Openness to working with AI tools for creative production - including AI video generation, voiceover synthesis, image generation, and scriptwriting assistance - is strongly preferred. We actively leverage AI across our creative workflows.
• Access and subscriptions to essential technologies and digital asset libraries, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Deposit Photos, Canva, Freepik, Envato, etc., will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.
• Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the instructional design team.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from our offices in Delhi, NCR.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Freshers may also apply as interns.
