Job summary

Fireblaze AI School in Nagpur is seeking a Placement Coordinator to cultivate partnerships with hiring partners and corporate clients, and to onboard new companies for placements and internships. You will organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment sessions, and conduct resume workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling to guide students on applications and industry expectations.

• Strong understanding of data science, AI, and analytics job roles.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze placement trends and industry requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment.
