The candidate will be responsible for handling end‑to‑end training processes, student/employee placement coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Operations:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Manage trainer allocation and training calendars
• Track attendance, performance, and training feedback
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs across departments.

Placement Coordination:

• Handle end‑to‑end placement process for students/candidates
• Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow‑ups
• Maintain placement records and reports

Corporate Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
