• 3-6 years in Digital Marketing Operations, Advertising Operations, Campaign Operations, Training, Knowledge Management, Quality, or Learning & Development.
• Hands-on digital operations experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, process, platform, refresher and upskilling programs; administer assessments and certifications.
• Monitor trainee performance during training and nesting; maintain attendance, learning and certification records; update SOPs, job aids and knowledge repositories.
• Support transition and knowledge transfer; identify learner gaps; partner with Operations and Quality on targeted learning interventions.
• Support cross-skilling and training-effectiveness reporting.
• Digital marketing and advertising operations knowledge.
• Instructor-led and virtual training; process and platform training.
• Assessments and certifications; trainee coaching; SOP, job-aid and knowledge-content maintenance.
• Training trackers and documentation; learner-gap identification.
