Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Trainer to identify and assess training needs, develop programs, and create manuals focused on tangible results. The role requires deep knowledge in HIM Coding and IPDRG, with emphasis on certification training for freshness and upskilling staff.

You will manage Training Management Systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver comprehensive curricula for freshers and certified professionals to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer
• Strong knowledge in HIM Coding
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Openness to new learning
• Experience handling fresher and certification training
• Strong knowledge in IPDRG
• Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA
• Additional certification is an added advantage
• Ability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours a day
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
