• Develop individual and group training programs that address specific operational needs.

• Develop curricula for different specialties, tailored for freshers and lateral hires.
• Manage technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training.
• Plan and monitor training initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of tracks.

Physical Demands

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are required to operate office equipment. The role involves working at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day with frequent interruptions. Occasionally, team members may need to lift and move materials up to 20 lbs. Elevated stress levels may occur during periods of increased activity and multiple deadlines.
