CorroHealth Inc is seeking a Director in medical coding education based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role oversees the development and implementation of coding training programs, ensuring compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience in medical coding operations and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities include team management, mentorship, and aligning educational materials with the latest guidelines. Candidates must hold AAPC or AHIMA credentials, with leadership experience in healthcare training preferred.

This role should be leading the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of the educational programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all coding staff are highly proficient, compliant, and up-to‑date with international coding standards.
The Director oversees a team of coding educators, collaborates with operational leaders, creates more self‑sufficient and engaging videos to promote self‑learning.
Education & Certifications: Degree – Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management (HIM), Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Core Credentials – Must hold at least one active, premier credential from AAPC or AHIMA: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) RHIA / RHIT (Registered Health Information Administrator / Technician). Preferred Credential – Certified Professional Coding Instructor (CPC‑I) or equivalent credential demonstrating instructional expertise.
Experience & Skills: Domain Expertise – Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in medical coding operations, with at least 5 years dedicated strictly to healthcare training, instructional design, or academic leadership. Analytical Skills – Strong capability to interpret complex clinical documentation, medical necessity criteria, and coding audit metrics to turn data trends into actionable lesson plans.
