Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trainer in India with 2-3 years of trainer experience and strong HIM coding knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

The role requires openness to learning and experience in fresher and certification training, with specialty knowledge in EM OP & IP or ED preferred and denials knowledge advantageous. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer.
• Strong knowledge in HIM Coding; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to learning; handling fresher and certification training is required.
• Specialty knowledge in EM OP & IP or ED is preferred.
• Knowledge in denial is an added advantage.
• Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization.
• Develop individual and group training programs for associates addressing specific operation needs.
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
• Ensure training meets current operation needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, management and clients.
• Create curricula to facilitate strategic training for freshers and laterals across different curriculums.
• Manage technologies and personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
• Plan and monitor training initiatives to improve track efficiency and effectiveness.
