Job summary

TP is hiring a Process Trainer (International) in Ghansoli. You will design and deliver training programs for global processes, including TNI, TTT, TNA and OJT, with a focus on customer service and soft skills.

This role requires hands-on training experience and the ability to engage learners across teams. You will develop curriculum materials, assess trainee performance, analyze training needs, and coach fellow trainers to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have on-paper experience working as a Trainer.
• Customer Service training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for international processes (TNI, TTT, TNA, OJT, CS Training, Product Training, Soft Skills Training, Call Center Training).
• Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure trainee performance.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to improve their delivery.

Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

CTC: up to 7.00 LPA
