Job summary

TP in Malad, Mumbai is seeking a Process Trainer for day shift. The role requires 1 year of trainer experience and offers a package up to 6.5 LPA with immediate joiners preferred.

You will manage OJT batches, identify training needs (TNI), monitor trainee performance and coordinate with Ops & Quality to ensure effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-paper experience as Trainer.
• Good knowledge of OJT, TTT & TNI.
• Throughout good academic record.
