Job summary

Indovance is a fast-growing company seeking a dynamic Trainer – Civil & Survey Projects (US-Based Projects). The ideal candidate will train and mentor engineers on Civil Engineering and Land Survey projects while ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.

The role emphasizes training development, delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on software proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS. Experience with Carlson software is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in Land Survey projects.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Land Survey projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
• Review trainee work and provide constructive feedback.
