Job summary

Indovance is hiring a Civil Design Engineer in Pune, India. The role focuses on Civil 3D software, Carlson Survey, and land development practices for residential and commercial projects.

You will ensure designs meet client requirements and standards, while coordinating with clients and senior engineers to deliver quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of design experience.
• Experience in land development projects (USA).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with civil 3D software and civil engineering practices.
• Boundary and topographic plan, ALTA plan, as-built plan, point cloud data processing.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of civil land surveying principles.
• Manage projects to deliver on time and to client expectations.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers.
• Conduct meetings with the client.

• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations.
