Job summary

Indovance Inc. is seeking a junior civil engineer for land surveying work based in Pune, India. You will stay current with Civil 3D / Carlson Survey techniques and related civil practices, handling boundary, topo, ALTA, and as-built plans, including point cloud data processing.

The role targets candidates with 0–1 year of design experience and exposure to USA land survey projects, strong communication, and solid presentation abilities to engage clients and team members effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 0–1 years of design experience.
• Experience in land survey projects (USA).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with advancements in Civil 3D / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA, and as-built plans; process point cloud data.
• Work on residential and commercial projects meeting client requirements and codes.
• Apply civil land surveying principles and manage projects to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers and conduct client meetings.

Job Description

Position objective:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Good Boundary and Topographic plan, ALTA plan, As built plan, Point cloud data processing.
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
• Strong understanding of civil Land Surveying principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers.
• Conduct meetings with the client.
