Job summary

Indovance seeks a Civil Design Engineer to join our Pune-based team. The role focuses on Civil 3D and land surveying drafting for residential and commercial projects, ensuring designs meet client requirements and applicable codes.

You will work under senior engineers, coordinate with clients, prepare boundary/topographic plans, ALTA plans, as-built records, and process point cloud data while delivering projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of design experience in civil projects.
• Experience in Drafting - Land Surveying projects (USA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest Civil 3D and surveying practices.
• Create boundary and topographic plans, ALTA plans, and as-built plans.
• Process point cloud data for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry codes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients and conduct project meetings.
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers and manage project delivery.

Position objective:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Good Boundary and Topographic plan, ALTA plan, As built plan, Point cloud data processing.
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
• Strong understanding of civil Land Surveying principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers,
• Conduct meetings with the client.
