Job summary

Bharti Airtel Foundation's Quality Support Program seeks a seasoned trainer to identify training needs and support government schools with state teams. You will shape district-level teacher trainings, design calendars, and mentor academic mentors.

The role requires B.Ed. with postgraduate qualification and 10–12 years of teaching or teacher-mentoring experience, along with strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to drive educational outcomes in Jharkhand.

Responsibilities

• Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)
• Identify gaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Head
• Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
• Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)
• Pedagogical/skill-based training
• Leadership training of Head of schools
• Other selected scholastic/co-scholastic training
• School visits and on the job support to the teachers and academic mentors
• Impact analysis of training organized
• Managing training data and documentation for future iterations
• Proactively identifying the need and extending academic support to the Team
• Refresher training for the Academic Mentors
• Coordinating with DIETs / SCERTs for content creation and capacity building workshops
• Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum,training and assessment
