About the Job:

The purpose of this role is to identify training needs and conduct trainings and support Quality Support Program and Satya Bharti Schools Program with the state team.

Qualificationand Experience Required:

• B.Ed. (Preferably) + Post Graduation
• Around 10-12 years of experience inteaching/teachers training/ teachers mentoring.

Key Responsibility Area:

Quality Support Program-

• Training Need Assessment in the designatedarea (State / District/ Block Level)
• Identify gaps based on feedback from ProjectHead/Project Coordinators/Regional Head.
• Propose solution and plan of action with Sr.Manager-Training / Head T&C.
• Planning & deployment of district level trainingfor teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)
• Pedagogical/skill based training
• Leadership training of Head of schools
• Other selected scholastic / co-scholastictraining
• School Visit and on the job support to theteachers and academic mentors
• Impact analysis of training organized
• Managing training data and documentation forfuture iterations.
• Proactively identifying the need and extendingacademic support to the Team.
• Refresher training for the Academic Mentors.
• Coordinating with DIETs / SCERTs for contentcreation and capacity building workshops
• Support and Contribute to T&C on otheracademic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment

Satya Bharti School Program-

• Plan and conduct teacher trainingprograms based on identified competency, pedagogical, curriculum, andclassroom-practice needs.
• Conduct Teacher Observation andMentoring visits to understand classroom practices and provide constructive,evidence-based feedback.
• Support in conducting Teachers SkillKnowledge Test & PTA
• Facilitate teacher capacity buildingthrough TheTeachersApp and other identified professional-learning platforms.
• Develop, adapt, and update trainingmodules, facilitator guides, learning resources, and training materials.
• Work with teachers and academic teamsto identify areas affecting student learning outcomes.
• Support schools and teachers ineffective implementation of the prescribed curriculum.
• Review and assess the School AcademicStatus and identify areas requiring academic strengthening.
• Review academic documents such aslesson plans, annual plans, academic calendars, student records,teaching-learning plans, and other relevant documentation.
• Guide teachers in effective use anddevelopment of Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs).
• Promote effective implementationofDEAR (Drop Everything And Read) Time and reading-related activities.
• Facilitate and mentor teachers inimplementing Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Encourage integration of appropriatedigital resources and technology-enabled learning into classroom practices.
• Quality review of question papers andstrengthening of assessment practices
• Facilitation of continuous learningand peer-learning opportunities for teachers
• Question paper review & Monitoringassessments.
