Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing curriculum frameworksand develop new or adapt existing curriculum materials to suit the needs of Bharti Foundation schools.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods,life skills development, and focus on holistic education.
• Ensure alignment with national educationstandards and specific learning objectives.
• Create detailed lesson plans andinstructional materials for teachers across different subjects.

Teacher Training and Support:

• Conduct regular training workshops forteachers on new curriculum implementation, pedagogical approaches, andeffective classroom management.
• Provide ongoing support to teachers toaddress challenges and ensure quality delivery of the curriculum.
• Monitor teacher performance and providefeedback to improve teaching practices.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design and implement formative andsummative assessments to track student progress and identify areas forimprovement.
• Analyze assessment data to informcurriculum adjustments and program modifications.

Curriculum Review and Update:

• Regularly review and update curriculumbased on feedback from teachers, students, and stakeholders.
• Incorporate new research and bestpractices in education into the curriculum.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with school leadership,academic coordinators, and other relevant departments to ensure smoothcurriculum implementation.
• Coordinate with external partners andexperts to enhance curriculum development.

RequiredSkills, Experience and Qualification:

• Master'sdegree in Education or a related field with around 6+ Years.
• Provenexperience in curriculum development and implementation, preferably in thecontext of underprivileged communities.
• Strongunderstanding of child development and learning theories.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively train teachers andcollaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiencyin data analysis and assessment techniques
• Knowledgeof current educational trends and best practices
