Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring for Language/ V&A/ Communication/ Soft Skills Trainers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a BPO/call centre in an international process as a trainer. Graduation is a must, and excellent communication skills are essential.

The role requires comfort with rotational shifts. Experience in VNA, voice coaching, soft skills and language training in the BPO sector is preferred. Location: Gurugram & Jaipur.
