Job summary

Digitide is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver BPM and Quality training programs across the organization. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate content, create materials, and assess needs for continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes KPI targets, training dashboards, and ongoing learner support to ensure knowledge retention and alignment with process requirements.

Qualifications

• Preparing Process SOP, Lesson Planner and Training Roadmap as per business needs.
• Prepare Training Modules, Soft Skill Modules and Scripts per process.
• Meet Training KPI targets and ensure compliance with the Training framework.
• Prepare and publish Refresher Coverage Report and Training Dashboards.
• Conduct Refresher Training per TNI inputs and OJT/On-Job Training.
• Monitor Training KPI and ensure data in the Training Event Management Tool.

Preparing and Conducting PKT- Product Knowledge Test / KAT – Knowledge Assessment Test.
Preparing and Publishing of Refresher Coverage Report, Training Dashboard, Training Batch report, etc.
Conducting Refresher Training as per TNI-Training Need Inputs analysis
Conducting Training as per L & D for employee grooming and competency skill enhancement
Process level improvement activities-Conducting, Monitoring and Ensuring Adherence
Conducting Refresher Training for On-Floor, Training, OJT- On Job Training, PIP-Performance Improvement Plan and Low BQ- Bottom Quartile
Responsible for monitoring and achieving Training KPI- Key Performance Index
Ensure all data relating to training are populated in Training event management Tool.
Adherence of Certification process, Training throughput, FPA- First Pass Attempt
Participate in Calibration and briefing sessions, conduct Dip check on updates and Training deliverables
Publishing reports in timelines without errors
Timely sharing of Training related observations with detailed analysis and maintaining and publishing of reports
Preparing Dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
