Job summary

TP in Jaipur seeks a Training Specialist to identify skill gaps via TNI/TNA, design process training, and deliver New Hire training. You will create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and assessments, using classroom, e-learning, and hands-on simulations.

You will collaborate with SMEs and Operations to keep content accurate, monitor training effectiveness, and report results through periodic training metrics to management.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with process training and new hire training.
• Create and update training materials, SOPs, modules, and assessments.
• Utilize classroom, e-learning, and hands-on simulations for delivery.

Job description

• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.


• Mandatory experience in Process Training.


• Design and develop training modules for process and product training.


• Deliver New Hire Training (NHT), refresher trainings, and ongoing skill development programs.


• Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, modules, and assessments.


• Utilize multiple training methodologies including classroom training, e-learning, and hands-on simulations.


• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.


• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

Team Support & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Mentor and support process trainers to ensure quality training delivery.


• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to improve employee performance and learning outcomes.


• Act as a point of contact between training and stakeholders to address training-related requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track training metrics such as completion rates, assessment scores, and post-training performance.


• Analyze data and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.


• Prepare and share periodic training reports with management.
