Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a Trainer based in Airoli, Mumbai. The role involves training new recruits on product knowledge, processes, soft skills, voice and accent to reach expected benchmarks before they hit the floor.

You will drive improvements in quality scores, conduct refreshers per QA needs, maintain training data in SAP, and coordinate logistics for training centers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with training experience in corporate/BPO settings.
• Experience in conducting on-the-job or refreshers training.
• Familiar with SAP Training Event Management module.

Responsibilities

• Train new recruits on product, process, soft skills, voice and accent.
• Improve quality scores of employees.
• Conduct refresher training per training need analysis.
• Ensure new hire numbers in re OJT stage are kept lean.
• Populate training data in SAP within the agreed time frame.
• Utilize web-based training at the center.
• Coordinate logistics for training at centers.
• Certify trainings at respective centers.
• Increase training throughput for the batch.
• Calibrate and shadow trainees regularly.
• Maintain MIS for the aligned process.

Responsibilities

• To train the new recruits on product and process/soft skills/voice & accent and bring them up to the expected bench mark, before they hit the floor.

• Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Employees

• Responsible for conducting refreshers training program based on the training need analysis shared by the Transactional Quality team

• To ensure that the agent numbers from a New Hire team who enter the re OJT stage is maintained at the lowest

• Has to ensure that all the data relating to training are populated in the Training event management module in SAP, within time frame agreed upon.

• Utilize the Web based training at the center

• Coordinate for the logistics requirement forth training at the respective center.

• Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings at the respective center

• Responsible to increase training through put for the respective batch.

• Responsible for calibrating & shadowing of Trainees on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the MIS for the aligned process
