Job summary

Kylas is seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support end-to-end sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will build talent pipelines, track candidates in ATS/HRMS, and collaborate with hiring teams across functions.

You will gain hands-on experience in headhunting, market mapping, and campus hiring while learning recruitment best practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through Naukai, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess communication, skills, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to support recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming positions.
• Conduct headhunting and market mapping for specific and niche requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, interview status, and recruitment trackers in the ATS/HRMS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring dashboards.
• Support campus hiring, employee referrals, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Stay updated on relevant hiring trends, talent markets, and sourcing techniques.
