Ideal graduates will hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with at least 70% and will eager to learn in a project-driven environment, contributing to accurate documentation and project cost

Responsabilités

• Prepare technical documentation for proposals and tender submissions.
• Perform quantity take-offs and estimation for civil disciplines.
• Measure quantities from IFC drawings to determine execution quantities.
• Prepare quantity estimates and cost forecasts for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for quantity estimation and cost consultation.
• Support the Cost Control and QS team in project activities.

Trainee - Quantity Surveyor

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Full-time).
• Must have completed graduation in 2026 and collected a degree from the college.
• Minimum aggregate percentage: 70% and above.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation required for proposal and tender submissions.
• Perform measurement, quantity take-offs, and estimation for all civil and other relevant project disciplines.
• Measure quantities from Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings to determine execution quantities.
• Prepare quantity estimates and cost forecasts for ongoing projects and new proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for quantity estimation, measurement verification, and cost consultation.
• Consolidate and verify measurements and quantity estimates received from different subcontractors.
• Support the Cost Control and Quantity Surveying team in project-related activities.
• Assist the Subcontract Administration team with quantity-related documentation and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation in accordance with applicable company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quantity measurement, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to the professional development of the group.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of quantity surveying, quantity take-offs, and estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, particularly IFC drawings.
• Knowledge of civil engineering measurements and construction methodologies.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good analytical, numerical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a project-oriented environment.
