Tecvesten, a technology consulting company, is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support estimation, quantity calculation, billing, and cost control for construction projects at the Nanganallur site. The role requires basic civil engineering knowledge and 1–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities include preparing BOQ, material quantity calculations, rate analysis, and maintaining cost documentation, with close collaboration with site engineers and project managers.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related construction role.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and estimation.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to support construction project estimation, quantity calculation, billing, and cost control activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of civil construction, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.

Calculate quantities of materials required for construction projects.

Read and interpret civil engineering and structural drawings.
