Fresh graduates or candidates with about 1 year of international calling experience are encouraged. MS Office proficiency and a 30+ WPM typing speed are preferred.

Position: Trainee Process Associate - Accounts Receivables

Salary Band: 15,000/- to 18,000/- pm CTC

Bond: 24 Months (need to sign Employment Contract)

Qualification: Any Graduate (We welcome Freshers and Candidates with around 1 year of international Calling experience)

Key Responsibilities:

To execute all RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Transactions efficiently ensuring the daily Production Targets are maintained with required quality.

To record various production parameters and prepare different statistical reports.

Education Qualification:

• Preferred Graduates in Arts/Commerce/Science or Government Recognized Diploma (12 +3) In Hospitality Management Such As Travel & Tourism, Hotels, and Interior.
• Operating Knowledge of MS Office, typing speed of 30+ WPM
