Job summary

Shell Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking experienced AR Callers/Physician Callers with 1+ year in Healthcare RCM to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

You will contact insurance companies, patients, and providers, handle claim status, denials, appeals, and maintain detailed documentation. Work from office, 5 days a week with cab facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Knowledge of Insurance Claims, Denials, Appeals, Rejections and Underpayments.
• Experience with ERA/EOB and CMS-1500 forms is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Perform AR/Physician Calling to determine claim status and payment details.
• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective action.
• Work on denied claims, appeals and claim corrections.
• Analyze ERA/EOB to identify payment discrepancies.
• Verify claim status, eligibility and reimbursement information.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of calls and updates.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and collection targets.
• Handle high-volume outbound calls with professionalism.
• Follow HIPAA and client process guidelines.

We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Physician Callers with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding medical claims, coordinating with insurance companies and healthcare providers, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Perform AR/Physician Calling to determine claim status and payment details.
• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate corrective action.
• Work on denied claims, appeals and claim corrections.
• Analyze ERA/EOB (Electronic Remittance Advice / Explanation of Benefits) to identify payment discrepancies.
• Verify claim status, eligibility, benefits, authorization and reimbursement information.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve claim-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of calls, follow-ups and claim updates.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy and collection targets.
• Handle high-volume outbound calls professionally.
• Follow client policies, HIPAA requirements and process guidelines.

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant AR Physician Calling / Healthcare RCM experience.
• Candidates with strong experience in US Healthcare AR Calling, Physician Billing or Medical Billing will be preferred.

CTC: LPA 2.8 LPA to 6LPA

(Based on previous CTC and applicable hike, up to 30%. Max 6 LPA)
