Job summary

CRI Group is seeking a field service technician in Mumbai, India to perform after-sales maintenance, installation, and commissioning of cleaning machines. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues to maximize uptime and support customers with timely, professional service.

You will also maintain detailed service reports, adhere to safety and quality standards, and build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and reliable on-site support.
