Job summary

Axio Biosolutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician for their Ahmedabad facility. Responsibilities include executing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on equipment, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and preparing necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, develop maintenance procedures, and oversee repair activities. This role also involves diagnosing and fixing issues with various electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to prepare maintenance-related documents such as SOPs.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute PPM of equipment and maintain records.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and installations.
• Inspect and validate clean room and equipment calibration.

Job description

• Execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) of equipment, maintains records and logs as needed.
• Perform Mechanical and Electrical maintenance repair work; install / replace fixtures, switches, motor, receptacles, and wiring.
• Preparing all the documents (like SOPs, related log sheets, etc.) related to the maintenance department.
• Inspecting the validation of the clean room, calibration of instrument’s, breakdown of all equipment’s and other equipment as needed.
• Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order. Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts.
• Performs other various tasks as instructed by management.
• Provides guidance and directions to less experienced personnel and others assigned to his / her position.
