GIVVEN Logistics Pvt Ltd in Pimpri-Chinchwad, India, is seeking a Traffic In-Charge to manage daily vehicle movements, coordinate drivers and transport activities, and monitor shipment schedules.

The role focuses on timely deliveries, keeping transport documentation up to date, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide accurate delivery updates and resolve transportation issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily vehicle movement and transportation activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and the operations team.
• Plan vehicle allocation according to shipment and delivery requirements.
• Track vehicle locations and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, unloading, and dispatch schedules.
• Handle delays, breakdowns, route issues, and other transportation-related problems.
• Maintain vehicle movement registers, trip sheets, delivery records, and other transport documents.
• Ensure drivers carry valid licenses and vehicles have the required documents.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, road safety requirements, and applicable transport regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.
• Follow up on proof of delivery (POD), e-way bills, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Support the resolution of customer complaints and transportation issues.
